Parts & warranty
The parts we use. We fit genuine service parts where available, otherwise quality-tested aftermarket parts. Some iPhones can be fitted with a high-quality LCD screen instead of the original OLED type. It costs less, but carries a 90-day warranty and can use a little more battery. Newer iPhones may also show an ‘Unknown part’ note in Settings when a non-genuine part is fitted. We explain your options and the price of each before we start.
Our warranty. Screen replacements come with up to 12 months' warranty (90 days for an LCD screen on an OLED iPhone), and batteries and small parts such as cameras and charge ports with 3 months. Our warranty is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
