- Screen and touch faultsAn unresponsive touchscreen, ghost touches, dead pixels, lines or flickering that appear without impact.
- Ports and soundCharging port, speaker, microphone or earpiece that stops working.
- Cameras, buttons and connectivityCameras that won't focus or open, buttons that stop responding, or Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, network, GPS and Face ID or fingerprint faults.
- BatteryCovered for the first 6 months if it fails to hold a charge or drops below 80% maximum capacity.

Our warranty. Refurbished devices come with a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. Brand-new devices carry the manufacturer's warranty. A warranty claim is only accepted after our technician has inspected the device and confirmed the fault is covered. Our warranty is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Do refurbished phones come with a warranty?
Yes. Every refurbished device has a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects, from the date of purchase on your receipt. Physical damage and water damage are not covered. The full details are on our terms page.
